Our vision is to "spread our wings and mount up." The power to surrender and trust resides in all of us. As children, we would flee to those we had faith and trust in. We can do the same with God, but we must actively seek Him in every detail of our daily lives. This will enable us to meet disappointments, persecutions, enemies, trials and temptations with an attitude of surrender and trust. We must "spread our wings" and "mount up" to the "heavenly places in Christ."
Our objective is to help you achieve the ability to "spread your wings and mount up" to the plan God has for you.
On Fridays, we meet at 6:30 PM for a pot luck dinner with time to fellowship and to share the Word. We invite you to join us and allow God's blessing to work in your life.
Lizett & Lee Matter
APEX is our newest ministry group for ages 19-25 years and is lead by Lee & Lizett Matter. APEX means the slowest point of a turn when acceleration begins. APEX is the perfect word to describe this age group. The point in time where we seek education to learn our plan and vision in life. Our mission is to build up our college and career group and conquer the problems and pressures of today, to prepare a plan for their future with God's word and to empower this generation to succeed in every area of their life. Godly wisdom produces life and life more abundantly. This ministry meets on Tuesdays at 6:30 P.M. in the GRIT building.
